Viña Tres Palacios is one of the few winemaking projects located in the Maipo Costa, in the heart of the Coastal Mountain Range of the Maipo Valley, at just 90 km app. and 1:15 hrs. from the capital, Santiago de Chile. It has a 250 hectare estate with more than 60 hectares of vineyards of white and red varieties, a winemaking cellar of 1 million liters, a barrel room, a colonial mansion where the wines will be tasted, and beautiful gardens surrounded by the Coastal Range. In this dreamed valley on the way to the coast, you will find a space of peace and tranquility, but you will also have the opportunity to see first hand the entire wine production process, from the vineyard to the bottle, culminating with a tasting of the final product offered by the winery.

2. Cholqui Food Experience

Gastronomic Experience in Cholqui

Discover the origin of Maipo Costa wines and its gastronomy

Duration: 4 hours
Minimum group size: 6 people
Languages: Spanish
Price: CLP $90,000 per person
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (check availability)

The visit begins at the vineyard's viewpoint, crossing vineyards, cherry trees and canals, where you will be able to observe the great "Cordillera de la Costa - Coastal Range" and a view of the entire field from the height, differentiating areas of the vineyard (heights and proximity to the canals) and therefore we will learn why the different varieties planted in each of these areas. You will learn the particularities of this transitional zone between the valley and the coast of the Maipo Valley, but also generalities of the production of wine grapes in its different varieties. 

Then we will visit the winery, the barrel room and our labeling line, making a complete explanatory tour of the winemaking and aging processes.

After this, we will continue with a tasting of 6 Gran Reserva wines, Family Vintage and our Premium “Cholqui”, where you will learn the steps of the tasting applied to this tasting.

To finalize this beautiful day, we offer a lunch - chilean barbecue, accompanied with Tres Palacios wines in an “open bar” mode until the end of the day.
