Winery Facility Strategically set in the center of its vineyards, the Viña Tres Palacios winemaking facility currently has a 850,000-liter capacity and will soon to expand to 1,000,000 (265,000 gallons). It is equipped with stainless steel tanks in varying sizes, which allows the winemaking team to vinify by vineyard sector and employ a number of innovative methods in order to develop all of the potential quality of the grapes. This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with all of the technology necessary to make high-quality, elegant fine wines. It is divided into four sections: the reception area, where the grapes enter the vinification process; a large, well-ventilated area that houses the fermentation and storage tanks as well as laboratory equipment; a barrel room with a capacity for 800 barrels, and the ageing cellar.
