Our
enological philosophy is
to respect our grapes and
express their characteristics
in such a way that our wines
faithfully reflect the terroir
of our vineyards. During
vinification, we avoid over-extracting
the properties of the grapes
in order to obtain well-rounded,
well-balanced wines. We
use only French oak barrels
and believe that the wood
should never cover or hide
the fruit but rather be
a complement to the complexities
of our wines. Our wines
are well-rounded, ripe,
and balanced, and always
privilege the fruit over
the oak. All of the varieties
faithfully reflect the excellent
terroir of our Cholqui Valley
vineyards. The knowledge
of our vines, backed by
experience and new technology
has allowed us to separate
lots in search of un ique,
high-quality premium wines.
